Order Management System for e-commerce website -- 2

Salut Samir, Mai jos iti descriu pe scurt, ce am nevoie. Iti scriu in engleza pentru ca mi-e mai usor. Basically this is how it will work: The customer places the order on the website. After pressing the checkout button, the order will be received in the OMS with the following details: order number, name of the customer, address, products ordered, total amount, payment option used, details of payment if they selected credit card. All information in the order is the manually verified and if everything is correct, the payment will be made, manually, by pressing a sale button connected to the payment gateway. So here are the key features I need: -Basic - 3 colors max - user friendly -All information received in the order can be modified (change the name of the customer, address, add/remove a product, add/remove a discount etc.) -The system has to be able to sustain a product database. I will have around 5000 products and each of them will have a unique SKU code with which can be found in the system. - It has to be able to be connected to a payment gateway system - It needs to have a mailing system available (sending auto emails, templates, manual emails to customers) - It will have a "NOTES" sections in which customer service reps can put a note about the customer eg "too late to call/wrong number etc" -It needs to be in the cloud so it can be accessed from anywhere based on a username and password. -it will have to be connected to multiple websites at some point in the future.
