I need to have an application build in Pyhton, OpenCV and deep learning. Aim is to control the various application of computer though hand gestures i.e if we want to scroll down webpage then it is done by moving our hand up to down and down to up for scroll up,,right to left for next page and left to right for previous page ,if want to forward video than just swipe fingure left to right like wise teach all gestures (play,pause,volume and brightness regulation)to our application to control everything through gestures.

Hi, I have earlier worked on a project wherein I made an algorithm to recognize static hand gestures using OpenCV. Gestures consisted of counting number of fingers essentially. Of your project, I understand that I will have to track the finger/ hand movement and detect the corresponding gesture. Let me know if Python/ OpenCV will work for you.
