Python TRADING API for National Stock Exchange(NSE) India

Low Level Design Requirements and Packet structures will be provided after project selection.
High Level Functional Requirements for API are as follows.
1) End User should be able to register trading securities [ specific parameters ] and return back register status [ SUCCESS | FAILURE ]
2) End User should be able to register Login required parameters. [ IP | PORT | USERID | BROKERID | PASSWORD | NEW PASSWORD etc. ]
3) End User should be able to initiate the Login to exchange. [ Login Flow ]
4) End User should be able to disconnect from exchange.
5) End User should be able to get login status [ SUCCESS | FAILURE ( ERROR ] [ via Callback + Unsolicit ]
6) End User should be able to place new Orders.
7) End User should be able to modify/cancel open/pending Orders.
8) End User should be able to get Order Acks [ CONFIRM / MODIFY / CANCEL / REJECTIONS ] [ via Callback + Unsolicit ]
9) End User should be able to get Trade Acks [ TRADE ( PARTIAL | FULLFILL ) ] [ via Callback + Unsolicit ]
10) End User should be able to get Open/pending Orders. [ on Request ]
11) End User should be able to get Position [ BUY | SELL ] on a given Security. [ on Request ]
12) API should have proper logging in DEBUG mode and can be disabled in PRODUCTION mode.
