Build me a telephone ordering and invoice printing system, please!

We are a small family run business based in Devon. Essentially a wholesale bakery, but only really cakes etc. We are looking to digitize our ordering and invoice system, which is currently all done by hand on paper. What we hope to achieve is a system where you; -start by selecting the day of the week, that would then lead you to the customers that are phoned that day. -then click on the customer you are about to phone so you can view contact details and enter their order using shortcuts and/or predictive text. -all the orders for the day would then be sent to a products summary document to give the production manager. -then a documented would need to be generated with a list of all the customers and their orders for the picking team and delivery driver. -lastly customers would need an itemized and priced invoice printed off. We dont do any online ordering. We would enter all the actual data ourselves but for an idea of the scope; we deliver 5 days a week, we have 20-50 customers per day, who may order from 1-25 items, and we offer about 50 different items.
