There are several possible ways of doing that: 1. DCM4CHEE getting the worklist of scheduled patients for that day via HL7 and pushes their priors to reading stations. ( Please note that priors have to be sorted, for example only last 5 years priors has to be fetched and all MRIs has to be excluded) 2. Script or Utility has to be written that will parse the MSSQL view that holds the list of scheduled patients, and then query PACS storage for the priors for that patient with same options and exclusions as explained above. 3. Your Suggestion….. Please, only experienced professionals, who have done it before or has a clear idea of how that can be done. Thanks!

Hi, I'm interested in the project. I think the best solution would be a standalone application which will do the C-Find query on PACS server with parameters from SQL data. If you describe the process flow of your current system, I might suggest a better way. Thanks.
