Design a program that automatically transfers multiple files

We are looking for a programmer to create a software that can automate transferring & installing files that our clients requested to their purchased devices. The software should be easy to use, and 99% gets the job right. The software should automate transferring multiple files simultaneously to multiple storage devices based on a list. These are the steps that want to automate (A video guide on all of these steps will be sent to you for more clarity) 1.) First, we will provide our customers with a list of files they want to transfer into their ordered product/device. The list contains more than 800 different files for them to choose from 2.) The customer will choose multiple desired files to transfer into the device. Once the customer has decided what files he wants us to transfer. He will give us a list of the files he wants. Sometimes the customer will provide us with the number of the file, sometimes the file's name. 3.) We then open a program needed to install the files he wants. We will select the drive/device he has bought that he wants the software to be installed on in the software. 4.) With the list given by the customer of his desired files he wants to be transferred, we will cross-reference from our list that we gave him to see which number is which file name. 5.) Once we have identified which software it is, we select it with the installation program and do this one by one for every software he wants on the list. 6.) Once all the software has been selected, we will double-check to ensure the correct software is installed based on his list. 7.) Once everything has been double-checked and the correct software has been installed, we will remove the device/drive from the pc. 8.) Sometime, errors may pop up during the transfer. What we will do then is reformat the storage device and repeat the process to make sure the installation is done correctly. These are the outcome the software should achieve: 1.)99% success rate in automating the above-stated steps 2.) 99% accuracy in selecting the correct software and installing it 3.) Able to work with more than 10 devices simultaneously transferring files. 4.) Able to update/adapt itself when more new software is added to the list given to customers. 5.)When an error occurs during transfer failure, the software can resolve the issue automatically 6.) The program is fast, taking less than 5 minutes to process software selection.
