Edit Azure Bot Code To Collect Lead Information and Email - node.js

I need a coder to edit my [login to view URL] file for a bot built in Azure using node.js. The bot needs to collect information similar to a form. There needs to be error handling to make sure the correct information is collected. (for example: phone number has numbers. email contains @ and .com) At the end of the chat, the bot needs to ask if the information is correct or if it needs to start over. If the information is correct the information will be sent to my email address. I already have the code started, I need help with the error handling and sending the collected information via email.
