Financial Predict App

I'm looking for someone to help create a stock price action prediction system. I want to automate the system by retrieving data from sources automatically (Starting with Yahoo finance) and sending a notification via email once the prediction is complete. The first iteration of this is proof of concept using 2 inputs which relate to each other. The index and an ETF that follows the index: Future iterations may include additional data points such as economic data and ability to add on-demand processing of other stock symbols either alone or in relation to other chosen data points.
