I want a Minecraft Paper (spigot plugins) server that is like Real Life. I need jobs, custom chat (like prefixes has json about that job, name json has player's homecity) I also need Resource pack with icons (replaces random icons), locks, picklocking, magic etc.

I found some Finnish servers that very like but i need this in English, they are Aurinkomaa ([login to view URL], [login to view URL]) and Hurmos.org. Also drugs and alcohol is needed.
