Need A Transcription App.

We are in search of an automated transcription program that can run a large number of queries in parallel. The program must be capable of transcribing millions of minutes per month. The audio files will vary in size, but on average run about three minutes each at approximately 1MB per minute. We fully understand that accuracy depends on audio quality, however we are searching for a program that is comparable in accuracy to the many competitors in the automated transcription industry.
