Coded in Delphi 7 only Create a program that opens an excel spreadsheet and uses the numbers to create 20 groups of numbers six numbers in a group never using the same number twice in a group, but a number can be used multiple times in different groups. The 20 groups are then written out to a text file. Program should allow for numbers to be added to the column list in the spreadsheet
