Parser module with Arduino Uno

Hi, I'm an 23 years old guy studying Computer Science. The project that I need should provide a parser software module which is able to acquire data from sensors and send them via bluetooth to another device (smartphone/pc). What I need is only the software module on the Arduino board and to store somehow the readed data on the remote device, in order to be processed by another application. The board that I am using is Arduino Uno but you can use any other similar Arduino board. The BT module that I am using is a 'T9J-RN42 BlueSmirf by Sparkfun' connected with the board via TTL and using "SoftwareSerial" library which emulates a serial UART, but you can use any other similar BT Module. The sensors that I am currently using are these: -Temperature sensor [analogic] TMP36GZ -Microphone KY-038 with analogic and digital output -Analogic force-sensing resistor You can, or better, you should use any kind of digital/analogic sensor you want (like gyro, acc, humidity sensors ecc) to test this project. What should the parser do: the remote device (smartphone/pc) should start the communication via bluetooth with the Arduino and send him a config. file which contains all the parameters needed to setup the sensors and allow them to start reading data. Parameters that you should consider to setup the sensors might be: - sensor type[analogic/digital] -Pins -Frequency/bandwidht -Communication Protocol (i.e. pwm, I2C, Serial) Obviusly you can consider any other parameter that you need in order to setup a certain kind of sensor (?). Is extremely important that this happens dynamically ---> If I change sensors on the board or if I change their position (pin) and consequently I change the config. file that the parser receives, the parser should recognize the changing allowing sensors to start reading data without the need to flash the board or modify the code inside it. Once this is done and sensors are reading data, I simply need that this Data would be transferred to the remote device via bluetooth and stored somewhere (full freedom on how and where).
