Proxifier / Redirector for Gaming

Hello! I am looking to have a program developed that can "Proxify", Redirect or Re-Route gaming traffic (or any traffic for that matter) per .exe or app basis through a SOCKS5 Proxy or SSH Tunnel. IP and PORT specific redirection is an extra, but I would prefer for it to just be on a per app basis. It MUST include the ability or option to set the socket option TCP_NODELAY and preferably any other low latency impacting options (i.e Disabling Nagle's Algorithm, TCP ACK and EnhancedSend options). The ability to chain Proxy Servers / SSH Tunnels would be preferred. Authentication for the SOCKS proxies is also required. The ability to save proxies, proxy chains or ssh tunnels/chains is a must. Auth/Connection testing and ping tests on the proxies/chains/tunnels is highly preferable. This is all for personal use as I'm sick of constantly paying different GPN/VPN/Proxy services every month to get better and stable gaming performance. I am but a poor student trying my best to get that small amounts of gaming I can in my free time.. so having an unstable connection during those few hours a week makes it a much less enjoyable experience.
