Python executed from a standalone c++ application

Looking for someone to develop a standalone Win32 c++ application which will be able to load any Python script and execute it, displaying its output on the Win32 application’s own window.
Please read carefully because this job isn’t trivial:
1. Should not require any pre-installation. If you buy a new PC with Windows OS, it should run on it fully right away.
2. Should consist of a single .exe with no additional files or DLLs required.
3. Any 3rd party code should be part of the Visual Studio project.
4. 100% source code. No black boxes.
5. Visual Studio 2017 compatible.
