Python script to pull string data from email message and insert it into excel

I need a simple python script that I can run on my end. Them emails look like this: ==== CUSTOMER BILLING INFORMATION === Customer ID : 3333 First Name : JOHN Last Name : DOE Company : Address : 433 west City : SOR State/Province : Missouri Zip/Postal Code : 88888 Country : United States Phone : 8888888888 Fax : E-Mail : test@[login to view URL] I need the customer id, first name, last name, email all in a spreadsheet.
