I'm looking for a simple function created in VB.NET that will read a RTSP stream. I'm not looking to use a premade control like VLC Player or Real Player. Software should manually handle the RTSP functions like"DESCRIBE" "SUTOP" "PLAY" "TEARDOWN, Etc. Must be efficient, fast and lightweight. No third party tools, just Visual Studio 2017 C++ C# and or VB.NET. Must be multiple instanced. Data and errors returned in raised events. Must try to reconnect on failure until user chooses to cancel reconnect/streaming. Can provide exact flow chart of necessary functions.
