Last year I finished my career as a system engineer. I'm an advanced user of c#. I suppose you already have a web repository for all files. If not I will have to make one for you (a private one would be the best but can change costs). Either way I recommend you to only have separate files for other prerequisites in your software. If files include libraries like (.dll) maybe you should include those in the setup file. I invite you to contact me to discuss further details.
