- GLEW, OpenGL Extension Wrangler
- DevIL, SOIL, free cross-platform image-manipulation libraries
- Assimp, portable library for model importing (.obj, .3ds, ...)
Project Skeleton Description
Visual Studio 2012 x64 or newer required (code is portable, VS project created for ease of use, contains 64-bit libraries)
Feel free to modify the skeleton code in any way you like
Contains:
-window creation
-OpenGL context creation
-basic message handling
-model loader
-texture loader
-simple orbital camera
-shader compiler
-high resolution timer

All required libraries and DLLs are included in the package
Requirements
Lambert lighting model
Phong, Blinn or Toon lighting model for extra points
Textured models (texture loader is a part of the skeleton)
DO NOT USE fixed-function or obsolete OpenGL functions (like glVertex, glLoadIdentity, glPushMatrix, glColor, glMaterial, ...)
Using shaders is mandatory.
