Software Developer Required

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for making letters. The software will work like mail merge using deta from excel sheet & word document. The software will be used on computers & laptop. Notice Making App/ Software (To be used on laptops & Computers through a web portal/ website with User registration & Admin login "NOTICE CREATION WILL BE LIKE MAIL MERGE" User Registration with Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Designation, Bank Name, Branch Name. The app will be used to create notices for sending to borrowers of banks. The main features for the App are 1. Should support Hindi & English deta, unicode also. 2. For each user Database of borrowers (account number, name, address, loan details etc) will be created by excel file upload. 3. For notice making it should support 200 rows or more for excel file upload. 4. Notices & dispatch register (PDF) will be saved in the portal. One file containing notices & another file for dispatch register. 5. Atleast 5 notice formates/ temples to choose from for creating notices. 6. Signature upload & Select signature facility. Signature to be printed on notices with designation. 7. At the time of notice creation date of notice, starting number of dispatch, sender's name (optional) designation to be feeded in the portal. 8. User will be provided facility to edit details of the borrower except account number & project in the detabase. 9. Option for searching / looking for all the notices generated for a particular borrower using his account number. Date & dispatch number to display in search result with account number & name of the borrower. 10. Option for creating a lable for a particular notice which was created but not sent. This lable must display in point number 9. 11. Two options for notice creation A. Trial In this option notices will be created with dispatch register in PDF, but the software will not save account wise notice history. "For Trial Only" will be added in the text of the notices & dispatch register. B. Actual In this option, the software will creat notices & dispatch register in two separate pdf files. 12. It will be very important that after folding a notice & putting it into an envelope, the name & full address should be visible. 13. Option for archiving any account will be provided. Option for viewing achieved accounts will also be provided. 14. Last login details to display in user penal. 15. Chat box to chat with admin. 16. In user penal each notice & dispatch register file will be display with date of creation & dispatch number range. Entering in user penal & viewing it's activities by clicking on a user as described in point number 3. 5. Chat Box 6. Tabs for Admin Penal HOME USERS CHAT BOX USERS : List of users (Name) with date of registration, number of notices generated, last login details, mobile number, Bank Name, Branch Name. Clicking on a user will enable the admin to enter into the user penal for viewing purpose.
