Visual studio 2017 project in Solution gets Error

Downloaded a fully working GIT develop clone. Changed a totally different class. Then when I build I get "Framework resource extraction failed. Stream is not a valid resource file" Its only UWP projects inside the solution that is effected. Need a "cure" for this. I belive its in VS2017 or OS that have been corrupted. From the beginning it was just one UWP project inside the solution. But after some time the other UWP project got the same problem. Unloading the UWP projects and i get a Clean Build and the changed code runs. This is a quick fix for someone who has done this before. Just sending a link to a Guide and the project is done (prefered) OR a teamviewer session and fix the problem.
