I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . We want a obd ii vehicle diagnostic and reprograming software for our diagnostic tool which works with laptop. We have data from a handheld obd ii vehicle diagnostic tool which is linux type device i think. Now we want to make this data work on windows with our obd ii hardware. Thanks
