Create tennis match play software

We are looking for someone who can create a social tennis match play system (similar to [login to view URL]), which can run off a USB drive connected to a television. Besides the functionality which can be seen in the about software, we would also like to incorporate the ability to run competitions with the software (round robin, single knockout, knockout with consultation draw ect). please ensure you look at the double happy software and understand how the other tennis match formats work (round robin, single knockout ect) before making your bid
