Script for move sites to Cpanel from a Apache2 Server

Hi,

I want a script that gets all sites that I have in the vhosts(apache) of my Server1 Apache and their root directory, get the root directory folders+files & rsync it to Server2 which is the cpanel, that means the script must connect by ssh to Server 2 and create the cpanel account with the same name account than the directory of Server1, when everything is done, output it into a .txt file with name accounts done and their password.
