I would like to hire a freelance software developer with experience in coding PHP/HTML/CSS and Paypal forms. I need to create an easy to update set of forms which mixes static one off items with recurring items and sends them to paypal as a cart. I need to be able to add / change the items in the Paypal shopping cart easily. I do not need a full e-commerce system but a simple method for clients to pay a set up fee (one-off item) then choose a recurring subscription then and a few add-ons submit it Paypal as a transaction. Paypal then sets up the recurring payments and takes the one off payments at the same time.
