Pollution, destruction of the environment and deficiency of energy sources are the major problems of this universe. Continuous research in the field of renewable sources of energy is leading us to create a world free of pollution. The use of photocatalyst is one of them. These photocatalysts have the ability to convert a large amount of unpolluted and harmless light energy from the sun into useful forms of energy. The aim of the research is the significant development in the preparation of Titanium Oxides based materials to design a more suitable material that shows great efficiencies under visible light irradiation and have ability to clean polluted water, to remove the organic substances from the air, self-cleaning roofs coated with Titanium Oxides, self-cleaning floors, self-cleaning bus and car surfaces was to develop an efficient photocatalytic material that will remove organic compounds from water and also will act as self-cleaning surface. For this purpose, we have analysed the photocatalytic behaviour TiO2, MoS2 and V2O5 with addition of aluminium and Mg coatings on TiO2. We have prepared 3 types of semiconductors layers named TiO2, MoS2 and V2O5 layers, Li doped TiO2 ,V2O5 and MoS2 layers and Mg-doped TiO2, MoS2 and V2O5 layer. We have predicted C-V and C,f graphs by using Scaps 1D software. We have predicted that Mg Doped TiO2 has more tendency for photocatalytic reactions. J-V analysis also indicates that Mg-doped TiO2 gives us a greater current density of 1.24E+01 mA/cm2 at 0.6V. This study can help develop an effective and cost-effective photocatalyst for the deterioration of organic contaminants.
