As per the discussion: I'll develop the solution as a webpage/service which will deployed on your hosted web server. For data syncing we'll use Office 365 REST API. Will sync bi-directional syncing of Contacts, Calendar, Appointments and email between CRM and Office 365. The sync operation can be initiated within the existing CRM app on a button/link click. Will use existing SQL database for reading and writing data. Development time : 10 Days. Cost of Development $555 As this is a small project I would suggest to create single milestone of full project amount for project funding and release upon completion of project.
