Fantasy Football--EPL 2019-2020

I am trying to do some statistical analysis of the EPL to have a better season this year. I have statistics at the player level for the last 4 EPL seasons. They are in different tabs and include statistics I do not need. I have a template on the first tab for the fields I want. First, I need someone to put everything on that first tab so I can scroll across the top for each season with the same column order; all the 16-17 stats, then all the 17-18 stats and so forth across the top matched with the right players so each player has a single row. Some players are only in 1 season, others in 4, etc... Then I want to add a solver program that identifies the highest possible point total (and the lineup that got you there) for each of the lineup possibilities expressed as defenders/midfielders/forwards (3/4/3, 3/5/2, 4/4/2, 4/5/1,4/3/3,5/4/1,5/3/2,5/2/3; and a goalie for all) with no more than 3 players from each EPL team, 1000 salary cap for each of the past four seasons. Each team has to pay for 2 goalies, 5 defenders, 5 midfielders and 3 forwards but only plays 11 at a time hence the formations above. I need this completed by 7/31/19
