Hi, thanks for your project in freelancer. TO check about permits, need to know what is your location and city. If they don´t have any standard, you shall be use IBC or IRC to build a document for renovation. It is possible to create permit document and drawings for you, but I im almost certainly that you will need to stamp drawing od document like a certification. This location have hurricane, snow or earthquake ? Need to report calculation for your structure.
