hi. i have designed 16 litter cap 8 cavity mold 3 months ago. now mold is on production. if u need 8 cavity mold then i will provide u. if u want to redesign mold then it takes 7 working days. key feautres of mold. inserts for both core and cavity. 3 plate cold runner with auto cut and drop runner 2 step ejector(forward and return with machine rod attachment) robust cooling in core and cavity also in middle punch. taper draft sleeves and ejector to avoid chucks.

I do the plastic machinery, and I know Mold injection machine quite well. And I can do the CAD Drawing. My husband is injection Mold engineer, he can do CAD and 3D Drawing.
