I am looking for hand heat pads. The head pads should be printed with my own logo (1 color = black)

I have already a sample but the price is way too expensive (0.45 USD/pcs) . I need 1000 pieces, including shipping costs to the Netherlands.

Please find a producer/manufacturer/supplier and arrange a price as cheap as possible.
