Help with Tableau Formatting of Bar Chart

Help with formatting question on Tableau Bar Chart: 1. As of Date needs to be exact at the bottom of the chart Example: December 6th, January 5th, February 3rd directly under each bar on graph. 2. The Total Percentile (5) of Target needs to just state Target and stay at 5% 3. Month of First Week Filter needs to just say Week 4. Need a legend to show the difference between the Percent Past Due and Target Reference line
