This project requires a technician that is very familiar with a Mitel Office 250 system and has experience installing wireless SIP phones on a commercial WiFi network. We purchased a brand new Mitel Office 250 system and already had previously attained 2x Mitel 5624 v2 phones. The contracted company was supposed to install these phones on the Office 250 system. They confirmed that everything was compatible and we also purchased the required licenses. The company was unable to install the phones blaming it on our network due to the system was on a VLAN. Here is the current status: Phones were proven to work fine when installed on a “Simple network with no VLANs” Contracting installer gave up and left me hanging Phones have been set to default and are nearly brand new I have a programmer for the phones although I was informed that it would not be necessary The Office 250 system and WiFi SSID the phones are accessing are the same. I can ping the phones without issue. Success of this project would be to have both these phones functioning as they should in our facility. Mitel system can be accessed via Teamviewer and I can program the phones with your assistance OR if the programmer can be utilized, you can program it that way. This project can be worked on Wednesday or Thursday evenings or weekends. Please be advised that my time is critical and if you are not familiar with this setup or Mitel SIP systems, please do not bid.

Hi. I would like to complete your project with your new PBX, just checked the manufacturer Mitel documentation and clearly it can works within VLANs, so then will be needed to have a low latency network (wired or wireless), if PBX can reach client devices within 200 ms, then system will work ok. I have been network administrator for the last 5 years and I have implemented PBX systems. Regards.
