Job Overview:
We are seeking a Telemarketer with excellent communication skills to join our team. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in the ecommerce and real estate industries, and generate leads for our marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of telemarketing experience, be able to effectively communicate the benefits of our services, and be motivated by performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the ecommerce and real estate industries
• Create and maintain a list of leads and potential clients
• Communicate the benefits of our marketing services and schedule appointments for our sales team
• Document all call information in a drive (call recording)
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment goals
• Continuously improve sales techniques and approach to increase conversion rates
• Attend regular training and coaching sessions to improve performance
Requirements:
• Make 30 to 50 calls on daily basis.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience will be a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn and effectively communicate the benefits of our marketing services
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Compensation:
• Daily salary of 5 rupees per call
• Bonuses for each conversion of call to zoom meeting
• Performance-based incentives
