1. Looking for individuals who are willing to coordinate as new Smartphone (Android) phone survey project in Barcelona 2. Job responsibility is to find 11 Android phone users who are willing to use our new Android smart phone 3. Looking for local person who lives in Barcelona and have friends and family to find 11 users from his known circle 4. Person should be good in English and Spanish 5. Our Engineer will provide the Technical support and other Engineering help 6. Coordinator will help in motivating the users to use the new phone everyday 7. Coordinator will also get feedback from users to pass to our Engineers 8. In case of any issue/error is reported by user, Our Engineer will ask for more information/details 9. This project will start from 13th Sep officially 10. Length of the project will be approximately 35 days 11. In total we will need 2 Coordinators in Barcelona Spain 12. Users should be in the age group from 18 to 55 and mix of male, female from different backgrounds or jobs 13. NDA will be signed for confidentiality of the project

I would be able to easily find 11 people willing to take part in this project, with a wide range of backgrounds as requested. my questions: 1. Will each person be required to use the phone entirely or can they use it as well as their personal phone still? 2. Hi, First of all, I'd like to thank you for reaching out! Seeing as you've invited me to the project, I assume I can skip introducing myself and get directly to the point, which is your project. I noticed that my bid is considerably higher than what the other candidates have bid so far, but allow me to explain. I have considerable experience in the organisation of people to reach a common goal, ranging from event organisation to in-house project management for large companies, so I've made some basic calculations/assumptions first: - To find 11 REAL (and realistic) users would be no problem. I know who to reach out to already, but as an incentive to use your phones besides their own, it would be my suggestion to offer them something. I've assumed a $100 per person, with a total of $1'100. In my experience, this part is key in achieving a satisfying result according to the objectives you have for this project. It's better to spend a bit more for quality feedback, then to spend a little less and end up with unsatisfactory feedback. - I've set my own rate at $35 per day for this project in Barcelona (total of $1'125), which is really the minimum I can offer. This is a fraction of what I would usually charge, but it's a calm month for me and I'd like to get involved in the project.
