Responsibilities: As our Call Answering Person, your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls promptly and assist callers with their inquiries. Additional duties may include: 1. Greeting callers in a friendly and professional manner. 2. Gathering and verifying caller information as required. 3. Providing accurate and relevant information to callers. 4. Taking messages and relaying them to the appropriate party. 5. Escalating urgent or complex issues to the relevant supervisor. 6. Maintaining detailed and accurate call logs. 7. Adhering to established call handling protocols and procedures. 8. Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements: To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications: 1. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. 2. Exceptional verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 5. Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications. 6. Availability to work flexible hours based on call volume (part-time or full-time). 7. Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment to handle calls.
