Taking messages and relaying them to the appropriate party. 5. Escalating urgent or complex issues to the relevant supervisor. 6. Maintaining detailed and accurate call logs. 7. Adhering to established call handling protocols and procedures. 8. Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements: To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications: 1. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. 2. Exceptional verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet. 4.
