Virtual VA for Real Estate Investor

Real estate professional seeking hard working and enthusiastic professional cold callers/texters/closers to come and join our team! We are looking for a quality individual to work from home. We buy homes directly from homeowners. Our office is currently focused on Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, and Georgia. This is a heavy sales position which will require a lot of negotiating and cold calling. Familiar with Podio, CRM, Dialer is required. Responsibilities & Benefits Include: • Contact Leads via text, emails and calls • Identify homes that meet prospective buyers’ home, search criteria and schedule appointments to meet with our acquisition managers via at the property or over the phone • Manage all leads in our CRM and complete tasks • Have common knowledge of real estate to answer client’s questions • Leads Provided with Generous compensation and bonus potential • Mentorship and one-on-one training provided on a weekly basis (or, as needed) • Sales experience a must! Preferably experience in real estate a plus! • Money motivated and drive for success - Must be able to handle rejection • Weekly meetings and updates If you are a motivated self-starter, apply and schedule a time to speak with our hiring manager! We would love for you to be part of our Real Estate team. Compensation: $3.50 per hour (negotiable) plus $50 BONUS for every deal we close, which the cold caller sets.
