Hello good day guys I am looking to hire someone to do a Floorplan Elevation and 3d rendering of two 2story six apartment building there is alrightly a building on the land the size of the building on the first land is 25ft x 40ft and the second is 25ft x 50ft we are looking for for a french style design building also we want the design of the fence to be included Building number 1 size is 25ft x 60ft >Total apartment will be 6 three apartment upstairs and three apartment downstairs >Each apartment will carry 2bedroom 2bathroom > kitchen and dining to be include as well > stair will be on the outside of the building Building number 2 size is 25ft x 60ft >Total apartment will be 6 three apartment upstairs and three apartment downstairs >Each apartment will carry 2bedroom 2bathroom > kitchen and dining to be include as well > stair will be on the outside of the building

Please clarify the dimensions of the buildings because first you say that one is 25x40 fty the other 25x50 ft, but then you say that the two are 25x60 ¿?
