CAD Modeling parts for Fabrication, Rendering and Mechanism of Mobile Restaurant using existing Sketchup Models

I am looking for an experienced architectural CAD modeler, designer and animator for a developing a complete CAD design for a mobile restaurant. The Project: We are converting an existing caravan an old 'Coachmen' travel trailer (picture attached) into a mobile restaurant. We are planning to use the existing chassis and furthermore expanding the floorspace by making one wall collapsable so that it can be unlatched and dropped down to make extra floor space. We will be trying to use most of the infrastructure (water connections, electricity, etc.) as well as the water tanks underneath. However, we would be stripping out the entire interior and retrofitting it for our purpose. One of the major enhancements would be the drop down walls for which we would also make the area (after dropping down the wall) enclosed with foldable glass windows as well as a retractable roof. The Provisions: We would be providing you with a final floor plan. We would also be supplying the equipment list for the kitchen and the placement of equipments. Finally, we would also be providing one of the final Sketchup models which requires slight adjustments. The model has most of the textures, exterior elements and basic interior elements. The Scope: The scope of this project is of CAD modeling and designing of the complete interior as well as the exterior of the mobile restaurant in high detail. Finally, it would be to simulate and animate the operation of the pull down wall as well as a walk through of the mobile restaurant. We require someone with mechanical knowledge to help us with the collapsible mechanism. As we already have a detailed Sketchup Model, we want to have certain changes to the model as well as creation of fabrication files for the same. The first step would be to use the 'Desired Pattern' and embed it in the Sketchup Model developed. I have uploaded design screenshots for the final design. The Design We are aiming for a minimalist design with as much see-through architecture as possible. It has to give off the modern vibe. We would be giving more insights and further details as and when required and if there are any technicalities involved, we can help at our end. Finally and most importantly, we need to make an executable design which can be worked upon and built and not just modeled. That is of extreme importance to us.
