Hello! I can create 3D model of the wagon in Solidworks (2018 version), Autodesk Inventor or Fusion 360 with all necessary details including technical drawings and flat patterns if needed. I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - from what i've seen in the attachment, you have a dismantled kit for a cart, which could be or not configurable/customizable (in terms of sizes/dimensions) made in rectangular/square aluminum extruded profiles... (and it looks like beach cart, according to the wheels size, even the profile is mor for mud) 2 - for the patent application you will need all the elements properly drawn/modeled, assemblies and sub-assemblies, each and any particular features shown, and to have drawings (without dimensions) with and without numbering/calls for their position accordingly with the abstract, description and claims section of the application 3 - in order to be able to make this project, i will need some drawings (even hand drawings) and dimensions...
