Hi, I am a mechanical engineer with expertise in using Autodesk Inventor. I can help you with the project. However the .ipt file you attached is corrupt and Inventor is throwing the error while opening it and is getting crashed. Or it might be possible that you made the file in 2014 or 2015 version as I am trying to open the same in 2013. Kindly share the STEP file. My main 3D CAD software is Autodesk Inventor Professional (Certified professional), but I am also familiar with Solid Works and AutoCAD (2D). Hello. I was able get the attached into a flat pattern (all but two flange sides) then back to folded. Are these two flange ends the problem you are having? I can help you with this design challenge quickly and accurately.

Have already found the issue with making the flat pattern for this part. Will provide new .ipt and other required items upon hire.
