Finite Element Model of railway wheel rolling using ANSYS

Hi there,
I am Phil. I would like your help in my ANSYS (dynamic and static) model.
The first part of the project is the 3D CAD design of the wheel (with an internal inclusion) and the rail according the railway standards.
The second part is the simulation of wheel rotation of a rolling set at 80Km/h with an axial load of 130KN (dynamic analysis LS-Dyna or Autodin) with a frictional force of 0.45. I have a model of these mechanical conditions but wheel rotation is by using a "displacement" component to make the wheel rotate, but I now require the wheel's rotate by using angular and/or linear velocity to simulate real railway wheel conditions. I need to find the way to incorporate angular and/or linear velocity into my model. Do you think that you can help me with it?).
The third part consists of developing a sub-modelling analysis (static analysis) to determine the stress around the inclusion, validated according to theoretical calculations (I am working on the calculation at the moment).
If you have the ANSYS knowledge to do it, please let me know what do you need from me and how much you will charge to undertake the work. I have attached a sketch of what I need and also a print screen of my actual model. I am happy to provide my MECHDAT wheel - rail profile as a guideline.
