I have bought a house which I plan to renovate it by the end of the year. We plan to extend the house, add new carport, driveway, create front & rear landscaping, swimming pool, entertainment area and a boundary/retaining wall to provide us privacy. It is an old brick veneer house in need of a good reno to give it a more contemporary look. It is located on a 2000 sqm block with a large area covered by trees, which will require Council approval to be cut down to give room for the extension and swimming pool. The land is in a slop inclining to the rear year. Our plan is to create different levels which will require earthmoving: - first level: driveway/carport - second level: existing house - third level: entertainment/swimming pool - fourth level: grass, garden & firepit We need the landscaping & building presentation, elevation drawings, and interior 3D. An estimated project time would be appreciated.
