When awarded this project, you will receive dxf files of all parts.
I need all parts as editable .ipt parts, as well as the assembly :
- hinges
- flap of letter box (only opening part with 3 springs)
- housing of letter box and videophone (back side of panel)
- front panel ready for laser cutting
- door for letter box with cut-out area for existing flap (see above)
- figure "3" (house number) engraved in the front panel
Most important is the simulation of the opening of the letter box. Indeed, I need to know whether with this system of hinges, I can allow for such a small space between door and front panel opening. For this, you'll have to draw precisely the door of the letter box and the hinges.
The measurements of the cut-outs for the videophone in the frontpanel are exact and correspond to the AIPHONE JO-VDF videophone with stainless steel panel.
Please assign material stainless steel to the relevant parts.
