To whom it may concern, On a mission to build a Laser leveled concrete screed. I need some assistance with the head and blades please. The blade (3 meters wide) consists of three parts. 1) Plough - cutting the bulk of the concrete, close to it's final level, and moving it to one side. 2) Auger - prevents the over accumulation of concrete in front of the vibrating float. 3) Vibrating float - cutting the concrete to it's final level and finish. Atlas Copco RoboScreed24 has in my opinion the preferred vibrating float. The head must provide a stable surface for the laser level technology and blade to operate from. It will also be the link to either a four wheeled machine or telescopic boom. Attached are links to available machines.
