Need a 3D print out clamp

In my opinion, if you need to replicate exact dimensions then you need to get it 3d scanned other wise it would come out a bit different in dimension if done manually. If you are difficult to send the part give rough dimensions of it No issue with this. so you need to fabricate this then I can provide you to required file format. It seems you need equal parts. so fabrication enough one model. don't waste for three part modelling if dimensions are equal.
