Technical Support: 3ds Max and Vray Crash when I hit Render

Seeking someone with technical understanding for both 3dsmax and Vray to assist in fixing crash issue that occurs when I hit render in my current scene model. The 3d model is already built within 3ds max but when I hit render, the software completely crashes and need this fixed asap. Please see attached images for better direction.

Please note will require you to use TeamViewer to remotely login into machine and troubleshoot issues. Will provide you with login credentials once I select freelancer. Thanks
