Follow our perfume bottle's mould by a person in China

We are a perfume company who ordered a new bottle mould to a perfume manufacturing bottle factory in China. We have document that paid them money to they produce our mould. We told them that "you do not should sell our bottle to other buyer. It is our private mould" , we also paid them total money of the metal mould. After we ordered the bottle one time 120,000 pieces and 2nd order 180,000 pieces...then with research we understood their friend's company are selling our private bottle on a famous website of China. Fastly told our producer that as our agreement (they sign stamped it) you must give us the mould. because we have written on agreement that buyer any time can request his mould and producer doesn't should avoid it ! After many conversation with them , finally they refund it. we opened boxes of mould and understood they sent half part of mould. we surprised ! In our hands are document of our payments and we also have receive and send messages on WeChat and Whatsapp. we also have their sign stamped agreement what sent by email. But we do not have the document in hand. now as legal we want to someone goes their factory or do conversation try to get mould in smooth way. if not , i want the person calls Shangyu police and arrange a complaint. we do not want get them damage of our losses. we only want they send our rest part of the metal mould. It is our right to do not want work them. they betrayed us... in our agreement it is clear we have right to want get our mould. If you can solve this situation in good way , please send me message.
