We are looking for a social media experts fluent in English, as well as Vietnamese. This will be an hourly paid job. THE JOB: Answer questions or comments on our Facebook and Instagram pages, responding same day. Use FAQ responses, or direct any non-standard questions to the client for a response. Help with translation and copy writing of social posts from English to Vietnamese. Running social listening and social performance reports monthly. We anticipate the requirement in terms of time will be around 2 hours per day. Please let us know what experience you may have had in social community management on FB and IG. Period: Oct '18 - 'Mar '19. Likely to renew for 12 month from April '19.
