I need a book translated from English to Polish and Finnish. (Let me know which one you can translate.) This is the link for the book:

The book subject is science and religion. Candidates with a bit of knowledge of evolution theory and creationism will have preference. Emphasize in your proposal whether you are familiar with the subject or not, although it is not an obligatory condition, and the book style is not expert and very easy to translate.
For Polish, I only need the last (8th) chapter, index, and dictionary at the end of the book. In Index names of people should not be translated, but left in the original form, only translate those words that are not personal names.
For Finnish, the introduction and the first (1st) chapter should not be translated, since those are already translated.
The translation should be done in a Word document, Italic and Bold styles used as per book content. Also, translate text below images in the book, just by putting "Image: *translation*". The text inside the images, if existing, can also be translated, just by putting "Image: *the word in English inside the image*: *translation*."
It is very important to use Endnotes as per book content. Also, at the end of each chapter there is sometimes a text that needs to be translated. (Example: "For more information check the previous chapter..."), but book titles and literature itself at the end of the chapters should not be translated.
Payment after each chapter translated. Offers with lower price will have preference. (Maximum payment per book page is $4-5.)
Write "I read everything and understood your instructions" in your proposal, and write what the maximum payment per book page is, so that I know you really read it.
