Translate German medical text to English

I am looking for a skilled translator that can translate our German simple medical texts to English. The final text does not only need to be an accurate translation of the content but it must also be nice to read, so a person with talent for writing is required.
The text must be absolutely flawless English so only English native speakers or very close to it should apply. This is an initial test if outsourcing works out. If things work out we have plenty more to translate (Please also send me your cost per word rate).
The text for this project is 2572 words. The text is in excel cells and the translation needs to be added to the cell to the right.
Some Tips for Text editing in excel: if a text passage is copied into a cell, first double click the cell to make sure it does not paste into several cells. Also press ALT and Enter simultaneously for creating a new line.
As I said, I need perfect English and time is quite critical for my projects (many more available).
I want to split this work into 2 milestones, where half is delivered and if it is ok, we proceed with the second half. If it is not I want the option to stop the project with no hard feelings. So please do not bid if this is not ok for you.
There might be some technical terms you will not know... if this is the case it is OK if you just mark the word with: ###german word###. I will then enter the translation.
